If you need to request changes to your order or customization details, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase at support@velnie.com

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as personalization details, product options, or shipping information, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or production, and changes may no longer be possible.

If your order can still be modified, we will be happy to update it for you. However, changes are not guaranteed once the order has been locked for processing or has already entered production.

Please note:

• If your order has already entered production, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
• Please double-check your order details, shipping address, size, color, and personalization before completing your purchase.

We will always do our best to help, but cancellations and modifications cannot be guaranteed after the order has moved into processing or production.
